At the same time, with a subtle reference to tilt-shift photography, the name maintains a connection to the organization’s heritage. In addition to the brand name, domain and strategic plan, we created the logomark, signage and corporate identity package and continue building the market outreach for this forward-leaning, evolving arts institution.

As the field of image-based art has evolved beyond just photography, the Philadelphia Photo Arts Center expanded its vision and mission. The organization needed repositioning, a new name and a charismatic identity, and we recommended TILT, Institute for the Contemporary Image.
