We utilized billboards, bus and shelter advertising, and social media to encourage offenders to change their littering ways. Through guerrilla events, such as sidewalk stencils and trash can stickers, we built awareness and gained quick attention to make the most of a limited budget.

Keep DE Litter Free! This was our battle cry for the state of Delaware’s anti-litter initiative. Our fully integrated public awareness campaign struck the perfect tone, visually featuring litter juxtaposed with messaging communicating the desired behavior – to stop trashing Delaware.
