The Wilmington Airport needed to build awareness – of its new passenger flights to Orlando via Frontier Airlines, and of the unique conveniences of flying through a regional airport. With a completely revamped social media strategy, we reconnected the airport with its loyal Facebook followers, and helped the new service take flight.

Deardorff assumed responsibility for the airport’s Facebook page management, campaign creative and community engagement. Very quickly, we saw incredible growth in users clicking through to the Frontier website. Through consistent, tailored messaging, we also helped to cultivate a captivated audience that not only champions Wilmington Airport, but also clamors for additional flights to other destinations.
