Jill founded Deardorff, an integrated brand agency, based on building customer delight by growing clients’ businesses through the use of strategic positioning, branding and breakthrough creative. While the agency has expanded over the years, it remains committed to this core belief. Jill has led the development of the company into a financially strong, diversified organization with a reputation for world-class work and personal service.
Jill also has developed the strategy for many business-to-business and direct-to-consumer local, regional, national and global clients in the nonprofit, tourism, financial, professional services, education, safety, healthcare, technology, manufacturing and apparel industries. Along the way, Deardorff has garnered many local, regional, national and international awards for digital, social, print, broadcast, radio and collateral.
Jill serves on several boards and committees, and actively supports her industry, the arts, and organizations that help abused and battered women and children. She is currently the Marketing Chair on the Board of Trustees for the Philadelphia Photo Arts Center and the former Chair and President of the Board of Governors of the Philly Ad Club, the largest chapter of the American Advertising Federation, the national trade organization for the industry. Jill graduated summa cum laude from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Science Writing and a minor in Government.

Educated at the University of the Virgin Islands, the U.S. Army and The Art Institute of Philadelphia, Wes brings a fresh approach to the position of Creative Director at Deardorff. With more than 20 years of experience in graphic design, branding and illustration, he has created award-winning brands and campaigns for both consumer and business-to-business audiences.
Wes has significant expertise in university, nonprofit, medical and financial branding. His experience includes 6 years in the Marketing and University Graphics department of Thomas Jefferson University, where he was instrumental in designing and illustrating educational and retail materials, including producing print and TV ad campaigns. Wes has designed materials and advertising campaigns for Cape Bank, PNC, the Ronald McDonald House of Southern NJ, the Rothman Institute, Cape Regional Medical Center, Stockton College, The Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority, Harrah’s Casino, the New Jersey State Library, and the University of Pennsylvania Graduate Chemistry program.
Since joining Deardorff in 2010, Wes has applied his design skills to branding and promoting our wide range of clients. Merging digital and traditional media with his own unique style, he masterfully delivers compelling creative solutions. His experience in print, digital and broadcast meshes well with Deardorff’s holistic approach to brand development.

Nancy has worked as a professional writer for decades, writing for virtually every medium, and delighting in the challenge of devising the perfect messaging to deliver client goals. In her position as Senior Writer at Deardorff, Nancy works closely with the design and strategy teams to create on-point messaging that inspires, elucidates and propels action from targeted audiences.
Nancy specializes in crafting positioning platforms, often taking complex concepts and delivering them with ease and clarity to both consumer and business audiences. Her knowledge of communicating effectively with any audience is notable and results-oriented. She is as comfortable explaining the intricacies of investment portfolio construction as she is the perils of drunk driving.
In her career, she has developed expertise in myriad industries, from healthcare and technology to financial services. Prior to joining Deardorff, Nancy wrote compellingly for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Chinet, Prince Tennis, the International Reading Association, Saint Barnabas Healthcare System, New Jersey Tourism and Audi/Volkswagen of America. In addition to her marketing writing expertise, Nancy is a published playwright whose works have been performed around the world. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Florida.

Will leads Digital and Technology Services at Deardorff. As a full-stack web developer, Will utilizes front-end and back-end development skills across all digital initiatives to help clients move their businesses forward. With advanced experience across multiple platforms, programming languages and tools, he and his team deliver highly efficient digital and technology solutions to every challenge.
Will specializes in website and mobile application development and works closely with the creative team to bring their concepts to life. He and his team collaborate with clients throughout the development cycle, from planning to development to launch, to make sure their vision and ultimate aims are achieved. A graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Will’s passion lies in using technology to help organizations grow. In all of his work, Will brings a dedicated energy to simplifying and enriching the user experience while providing real-world, highly functional and sustainable solutions.
Prior to joining Deardorff, Will worked with health insurance clients, building custom console applications to interface with data based on client specifications and requirements. He developed web applications that allowed data managers to easily manipulate their data, and assisted in the automation and deployment of applications on virtual servers.
