Account Supervisor

As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for the relationship between the agency and its clients, and will manage your clients’ needs through direct contact, liason, and the marshaling of agency resources. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work at the top of his/her field and an appetite for knowledge in a range of industries and marketing mediums. In this very hands-on position, the thought leadership and day-to-day contributions of the Account Supervisor significantly impact the success of our team. We are looking for individuals who are proactive and dedicated to meeting client needs on time and on budget with exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Primary client contact responsible for strategy, pricing and timetable.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses and objectives.
  • Write strategic and tactical communications plans to achieve desired objectives.
  • Lead client services interaction and work collaboratively with Creative and Technology to define, deliver and present advertising, digital and collateral solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects, respond to Requests for Proposals and present agency capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years agency experience
  • 2-3 years leading client accounts, preferably in financial services   
  • Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Communications. MBA students and/or graduates are highly desired.
  • Skilled in growing and managing large, global multi-faceted accounts
  • Must be well versed in all forms of branding and digital communications, including social media, and know how to write fully integrated plans
  • Excellent oral and written communication, as well as client presentation skills
  • Experience working with a diverse client base from financial services to science and engineering
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
